Pamther Fréjus : Toiture, Couverture, Charpente et Etanchéité

"Very unreliable - I never got a call back. We came to our vacation home and discovered the roof was leaking. I called them being desperate because it was holidays and we needed to go back home before new year's eve. The receptionist who did speak English but was very unfriendly promised she would contact the artisan and I would get a call back which I never did. Good thing I never liked the rude receptionist so I contacted another enterprise right away, otherwise I would be back home to my country and the roof wouldn't be fixed by now. And if the enterprise will read this feed back - YOU SHOULD CALL BACK if you promised. Even if you didn't reach the artisan you CALL BACK AND INFORM THE CLIENT nobody is coming."
